ITINERARY
DAY 1
Welcome to Auckland - “The city of Sails”
On arrival at Auckland airport. Proceed and check into your hotel. (Standard Check in time: 1400Hrs).

Later the evening is at leisure for you to explore this city on your own. Tonight a delicious Indian dinner awaits you at a local restaurant.

DAY 2
Enjoy a city tour of this beautiful and pristine city. Proceed to Rotorua – “The Thermal city”. Hobbinton tour with local feast lunch.

After an American breakfast at the hotel, check out and get set for a day of fun as we take you for a city tour of Auckland Harbour Bridge and waterfront drive. See the West Haven Marina, the War Memorial Museum and drive through the Parnell, onto Bastion Point amongst Auckland’s most expensive residential area. Proceed to Matamata. Enjoy guided walking tour of Hobbiton movie set. In the heart of the Mighty Waikato region, you can explore the lush postures of the Shire with a guided walking tour of Hobbiton, as featured in the Lord of the Rings & the Hobbit Triologies.

Later proceed to Rotorua. With its unique volcanic landscape, living Maori culture and natural hot springs , Rotorua is one of New Zealand’s most famous destinations. Tonight hot Indian dinner awaits you at a local Indian restaurant. Proceed to hotel and check in.

DAY 3
See the sheep show at Agrodome. Do the Farm Tour. Te Puia Thermal Reserve + Maori Cultural show

After an American breakfast, proceed to Agrodome which will give you a chance to see through the eyes of a true New Zealand farmer. Witness the Agrodome Sheep Show an exciting and informative insight into the world of New Zealand agriculture, featuring different breeds of sheep, sheep shearing, cow milking, lamb feeding and dog demonstrations. Later do the Farm Tour, climb aboard the comfortable, all-weather trailer as knowledgeable guides take you on a journey around the farm where you learn about and have a chance to hand-feed some of the animals. After hot Indian lunch visit Te Puia Thermal Reserve where you can wander around the bubbling mud pools and see the famous ‘Pohutu’ Geyser. Also discover Maori art forms, ancient rituals and traditions, experience thrilling song and dance at a traditional Maori Cultural show.

DAY 4
Onto Auckland, en route visit to the beautiful Waitomo Caves. Visit Sky Tower

After an American breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Auckland. En route visit the Waitomo Glow Worm Caves in the lush Waikato region. Marvel at Mother Nature’s light display, as you glide silently through the starry wonderland caves of Glow-worm situated underground along the Waitomo River and gaze in silence at the myriad of glow-worm lights that make up the Glow-worm Grotto. As you enter this galaxy of tiny living lights, you will immediately experience a serene ambience and be fascinated and intrigued by tiny glow-worms that light your way. Enjoy lunch at local Indian restaurant. Arrive at Auckland.

Visit Sky Tower for a super 360-degree view of this amazing city. Enjoy hot Indian dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Check into your hotel.

DAY 5
Onto Queenstown – adventure capital of the World. Today experience the Gondola ride that gives you the best view of this city, Tour historic Arrowtown and visit bungy jump centre.

Enjoy the trilling Shotover Jet boat ride.

After an American breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to the airport to board your flight to Queenstown, South Island. Enjoy Indian Lunch at local Indian restaurant.

Today get ready to experience the famous Gondola ride, also a fast convenient access to the best views in the region, which is reputed to be the steepest lift in the Southern Hemisphere. Tour historic Arrowtown and visit bungy jump centre. Enjoy the amazing Shotover Jetboat ride - Only with Shotover Jet you can ride through the narrow Shotover Canyons at over 85kph.

DAY 6
Today we set out for the most spectacular cruise to the Milford Sound.

After an American breakfast, depart from Queenstown and travel via Te Anau to the stunning glacier-carved Eglington Valley and through the awe inspiring Homer Tunnel to arrive at Milford Sound. Enjoy the full-day tour on an unforgettable journey to arrive at Milford Sound cruise, which sails right up to the mouth of the Tasman Sea (weather permitting). Enjoy lunch on board the cruise (More than 20 passengers get Indian lunch else we will serve local meal). Journey into the untouched paradise of Milford Sound and explore the natural wonders and history surrounding this deep fiord. Later tonight, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 7
Day free for optional activities.
Enjoy an American breakfast at the hotel. The day is free for you to enjoy Queenstown on your own. You have the opportunity to feel the adrenaline rush and enjoy activities like Bungy Jumping, Sky diving, Jet-boating etc as optional activities. The rest of the day is at leisure.

You have a chance to feel the adrenaline rush and enjoy Jet-boating. Prepare yourself for the thrill and excitement of the ultimate Jet Boating experience with world famous Shotover Jet. It’s a unique, breathtaking white water ride and an adrenaline rush you’ll never forget! It’s an amazing white water ride, as the Shotover Canyon walls tower over you, your expert driver puts your ‘Big Red’ Jet Boat through its paces and skillfully whips it past rocky outcrops, skims around crags and boulders and speeds through the dramatic and narrow canyons.

Mrs Jones Fruit Orchard and Puzzling World Wanaka. Onto Twizel / Omarama
After an American breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Twizel / Omarama in the Mount Cook region. En route visit Mrs Jone’s Fresh fruit stall which is one of the best known fruit stalls in Central Otago, with people coming from all over the world to visit. The fruit stall stocks a huge array of fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, honey products and vegetables. Next we visit Puzzling world Wanaka which has been messing with people's heads no matter what age, nationality or experience. We invite you to come and enjoy Wanaka's wonderful world of weirdness! After an Indian Lunch proceed to travel to scenic Mt Cook Lookout point at the lakefront of Pukaki (visibility is subjected to weatherconditions). Later proceed to Twizel /

DAY 9
Christchurch Orientation tour

This morning after breakfast proceed to Christchurch enroute the picturesque Lake Tekapo and see the iconic Sheep Dog Monument and Church of Good Shepherd. Lake Tekapo is one of the six beautiful lakes in Twizel. Later continue descending the mountain ranges across Canterbury plains to the Garden City – Christchurch, take a nice Indian lunch and then enjoy a city tour that includes the beautiful Mona Vale gardens, re-constructed CBD and the new ‘cardboard’ Cathedral.

Return home with wonderful memories of your holiday.
This morning after an American breakfast or a boxed breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport, where your memorable Thomas Cook tour comes to an end.
