DAY 1 | MARRAKECH
Arrival at Marrakech Airport. After the customs formalities, our agent/driver will waiting for you outside the airport, front of the arrival exit holding a sign with your name. Our representative will provide you all the vouchers. Transfer in air conditioning vehicle from Airport to your selected Hotel, check in and the rest of day at leisure to admire the top monuments charting the history of Marrakech as the magnificent Koutoubia mosque, beautiful Bahia Palace with its exceptional decorated Saadian Tombs, the walled Medina and its maze of alleys and side streets and enjoys a fantastic Moroccan dinner show in the Medina.

Overnight in Marrakech on a half-board basis (dinner only on 1st day).

DAY 2 | MARRAKECH
After breakfast, Pick-up of rental car at 8.00 am in your hotel reception. The pick-up from your hotel to Riad will be at 10.00 am and return to hotel at 3.00 pm. You will enjoy how to prepare the Moroccan cooking. Welcome tea & pastry at arrival. To make the introduction of the cook & the menu to be prepare. Presentation of the cook and the menu which will be prepared. Put back apron. Presentation of spices and other Moroccan flavors. Cooking workshop (preparation: 3 sorts of salads + traditional dishes “couscous with chicken”+ desert “crepe”). End of learning session. Lunch: tasting of prepared specialties. Relax pause before departure. Return to the hotel. The rest of the day at leisure. We suggest to visit Marrakech Gardens, Gueliz, the New City, Hivernage neighborhood or Ourika valley).

DAY 3 | MARRAKECH – BENI MELLAL – FES (530 km – 7hrs)
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Marrakech, and then drive along the foothills of the Atlas Mountains towards Beni Mellal, stopping for an optional lunch at Khenifra. Beni Mellal is a busy agricultural hub situated at an altitude of 625 meters in the Middle Atlas range. Enjoy a brief tour of the city, admiring its top sight and attractions before continuing to Fez for check-in and dinner at the hotel Overnight in Fes on a half-board basis.

DAY 4 | FES
Breakfast at your hotel and then at 10.30 am Cooking workshop at the «DAR BENSOUDA» Riad or similar Learn how to make couscous like a real dada (cook). At the end of each workshop, the participants taste the dishes they have prepared. Rest of the day at leisure. We recommend to visit little city of Moulay Driss and Idris’ Mausoleum, Idris was the founder of Morocco, Bhalil village and its houses - caves and Volubilis, ancient roman city.

DAY 5 | FES – RABAT (210 km – 2 .5hrs)
Take to the road after breakfast at the hotel and driving toward to Rabat. Rest of day at leisure until 8 pm that it begin to enjoy at Gastronomical Dinner in a Moroccan restaurant «DAR RBATIA» or similar. The Moroccan restaurant Dar Rbatia is open since 1989, located in the heart of the Medina of Rabat, the building dates from the 18th century, transformed into a typical Moroccan restaurant, thanks to local artisans using the most ancient methods. We invite you to taste Moroccan cuisine, rich in flavors, while sipping a mint tea in a typical setting and a friendly atmosphere.

DAY 6 | RABAT - CASABLANCA (90 km – 1.5hr)
Take to the road after breakfast at the hotel towards Casablanca, a city whose name evokes Hollywood glamour but is, in fact, the kingdom’s commercial powerhouse. Discover the charms of this cosmopolitan coastal metropolis capital, seeing the elegant boulevards of the French colonial Ville Nouvelle and the majestic Hassan II mosque by the sea (exterior view).

DAY 7 | CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH (250 km – 3hrs)
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel and rest of day at leisure. Evening gastronomic dinner in Dar Marjana (closed on Tuesday). Dar Marjana, family house, originally Andalusian, built in the heart of the medina and dating from the early 19th century, belongs to the late Ben Allal D'Kaier bourgeois, administrator of religious goods Habbous (religious ministry). This Riad was transformed in 1980 by CHAOUQUI D'KAIER and LOUIS CHARLES BACCONIER in host table. Since its opening, it has quickly become the unmissable and authentic place of Marrakech; Actors, singers, artists, personalities, politicians and have left their imprint in the guestbook that you can consult on the spot, since the tradition continues….. Return to Marrakech and Browse the souks and admire the rich craftsmanship of their wares before arriving at Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the beating heart of Marrakech. Marvel at this bustling hive of activity as the sun sets over this vast space packed with stalls and heaving with snake charmers, Gnawa musicians and a myriad of colorful characters. Return of rental car will be in the hotel. All details should be agreed with our agent in day 2.
